dreadful coffee (and it was just driping) the barista (person on the bar) could not be disturbed to let me wait at the pick-up side of the bar, although it was not busy inside or at the drive-thru (I am a former barista of many years.) she had enough time to welcome the next customer behind me tho happy, and my drinks at the counter all the time. the lady who went after me first got her command while I waited for no reason in silence. in about 3 minutes nothing I reached over the counter and took my drinks and went. this situation is not decent. go to another place, if possible or another coffee chain as a whole. even worse. the lady on the bar that has done as if I wasn't there as if she was the manager.
NEVER GOT MY FOOD……. Asked me to park in an nonexistent spot after the drive thru and wait for my food. After trying to figure out where to stop I parked in a stall a few spots down from the entrance.Waited almost 20 minutes for a sandwich that I never received. Guess they don’t care enough to look in the parking lot.
Queensborough landing location sucks! I ordered online through the starbucks app and went to pick up my order. They made my order wrong and didnt even apologize, just simply took it back and didnt say a word. Should have been a grab and go but took way longer.
Friendly yet overpriced but that's not specific to this Starbucks. What is specific is the fact that my cold brew has been tasting burnt and giving me the runs 4 out of the last 5 times. Someone is cutting corners and we are supposed to be paying for quality.
