I wish I could give this load zero stars. I am constantly treated like s**t at this place. I think the setting standards are different, as this location belongs to hyvee, because I never had a problem with customer service at everyone dieucks next to this. I often go here as I live close and never fail that the workers are rude, never welcome you, never act as if they like their job and want to help you. in fact yesterday I went to the theke and had to greet the barista behind theke. she never said more than the sum of the order. Drinks came out wrong, I went out angry and then told me I will get what I paid and turn around. excused (yes, I was the one who apologises me because this is the kind of person I am) and said I'm sorry, but they were wrong and I wanted the order to be corrected. the barista told me no word, turned around with a posture, took my drink and threw it into the wash basin, re-entered the drink and put it on the counter without saying a single word. the management must seriously evaluate their team because this type of treatment is unacceptable for customers, no matter how difficult the job shortage can be.
it is a thing to get a little secured, but if the drive thru keeps the line for 15/20 minutes 2 days in order to get rid of my business. I know the staff is hard, but that's coffee. that shouldn't take long. they can actually park the person who keeps the line while they end the order so that the people will not be taking them in the drive thru caught.
Long, long, line in the drive through and total disregard for customer service- on this trip it was as if I was providing them a service, instead of my business, which will be given to a different coffee shop for a while.
the dame on the window on the laufwerk treated me as if I was the biggest load in the world. but in the rule is the coffee ok
