I have been to the Starbucks in Glen Mills half a dozen times, and each time has been as expected. The coffee comes out well and timely, there is a fair amount of seating, the staff are kind, courteous, and always masked up. The ambiance is typical Starbucks which is a good thing. It can get loud at times so don't expect to read a thought provoking book here. I would recommend this for a place to chill for an hour or a place to grab a quick cup of caffeine.
Baristas are always so sweet every time I get through the ride. And if they are out of something, they will suggest things that are similar. I respect the great customer service given the circumstances of today's world.
Beautiful environment, but I just noticed that nobody wears hair nets. You make our food and drinks and no employee has a hair net. Doesn't seem like a big thing until the hair ends in your mouth... but I know what.
Sam is the best! Had a negative experience on the Starbucks on the street and when I told Sam what happened, and she took the initiative to take care of us. Great experience and the Pistachios-Latte is the bomb!
