Starbucks - Tisch reservieren

There are three Starbucks in the same vicinity but this one makes the best hot pumpkin spice latte in my opinion. However the service is always slow and the customer service spotty. On my recent visit I asked the cashier (short blonde hair, lots of ear piercings) if she could make my drink because she made it very well the last time I was there. She said she couldn’t step away from the register. Fair enough. I asked if another barista who also makes nice pumpkin spice lattes could make my drink. She said that person was only making cold drinks and wouldn’t be able to make mine. I didn’t want to take the chance and have someone new make my drink so I took my money elsewhere.

This was the second location in this area that ppl seem to not know how to make a less common but staple drink. When your order tastes nothing like what the person knows it should is an issue with quality, performance, and providing consistent quality performance. No matter where I go, if the drink and name say Starbucks on it, there should not be a misunderstanding about what is placed in the cup. Please re-educate staff on the menu. Sticking to only what ppl buy the most is a recipe for disaster. And both individuals who made them gave an air of no fuxx given. ??‍

Wonderful service and the Barista prepared my daughter’s drink perfectly. The staff was friendly and they offered impeccable service. The store was very clean ?

Always good at Starbucks. They know my name(Norm! . Quick, correct and friendly service. Good seating.

The service was very slow.. the cashier was very bland and in welcoming .. I won’t be back
