Visited here to kill sometime prior to an appointment and grab some much needed caffeine. Struggled to park as all avaiabke spaces for Starbucks where filled even thought the store was not that busy. Stacey served me at the till and was pleasant, for...the upselling attempt : Becca was the barista who was rushed off her feet along with a chap called Josh Disappointed to find a number of staff sat at a large table having some kind of meeting whilst the staff behind the counter where trying their best. Sat on some comfy chairs but was really disappointed to see how dirty the chairs where. All in all, friendly staff (those behind the counter anyway) but unclean seating area made me wonder what the cleanliness behind the counter was like. Will give this Starbucks a miss next time
Visited here tonight. Only two others in the place. We were constantly pestered by flies buzzing around and trying to land on our cups. There were also flies crawling over the machines behind the counter. On checking the premises i could not see any electric...fly killer machines. There was also sugar and crumbs on some of the chairs. Staff were very plesant despite forgetting to add the chocolate powder to the cappacino.
Visited here a few times and each time the order is wrong, despite asking for no coffee in a Frappuccino they add it in. Cakes can be stale too, think I would skip this one and go the new one at Morrison’s Preston Docks car...park, a lot better and always right!
haha, you just think a bit of diet with a cute car through, next to a gas station. but they want you to think how they are looking slowly world!. may I ask her to have a reasonable coffee, nice cake, how bad would it be? ps good covid procedure.
