important note when ordering refreshers .just order refreshers with light or no ice if they want more than 2 sips. otherwise they are filled with ice up and you only get to sip twice before everything is gone. the manager at 4:35 a.m. on 6 november said that this is how we do refreshments, so if they want more than two sips, they need to ask for no or easy ice. has not been offered. said it only 3 times to me. it is a small shot with ice, not a medium drink we ordered. false advertising! what happened to the customer service. he could have offered something more than it was my fault I didn't know about ice when I was trying something new.
This store is my favorite. The baristas know my order better than I do. They are the fastest location I go to and I know that even if the line is around the building they still will have us in and out in little time. I mentioned a rough experience at another location and the baristas were so nice about it. The girl said “I know everyone has bad days, but I’m so sorry someone else’s bad day effected you. Please have your drink on me today and I’ll let them know about your experience.” They made my day and got a new regular customer in the process.
Update: yesterday blew me away. I waited in line for 15 minutes or more because of one car. The barista paid for my coffee because I waited so long. I was shocked and so happy. I worked a double and got off at 6am. I had to be back at work at 2pm. That small gesture made my heart full and fueled my day like no other. This location is my favorite. The staff is so loving and kind. Drinks are always on point. love stopping here before work. The staff is always kind. My drinks are always on point.
I have been going to this Starbucks since it had initially opened about 20 years ago. It is part of my 'coffee family. ' They treat their customers with respect and are so attentive to their needs. A few of them still work there and it gives me comfort to know they still do, a fact which reflects well on the Starbucks establishment. To all the workers and management: Bravissimo!
