This is a franchised Peets and their staff is totally unfriendly. They reflect poorly on the Peets name as well as the taste of the drinks. Mine was poorly made and they refused to remake it, even though it did not have the ingredients ordered.
Like some said they dont take your peet's card at this location. Wish maps would distinguish between the types of peets that are out there...
Really need signage indicating they do not accept Peet?s cards. Would have appreciated before standing in line.
