Steack House ex Les platanes

Was looking for a place to eat whilst in Martigny one day, and decided to play safe with a place called 'Steak House'.Decided to play even safer by ordering a burger as opposed to a steak.Very expensive, though Switzerland is either expensive, very expensive or just crazy expensive. 21 ch francs for burger with fries.Well, that's too much for what I ate.Meat quality was okay, but most Swiss beef is as a whole. However, the meat was tasteless, prepared & cooked without any imagination.Salad inside the burger was starting to age yet all they had to do was cut the aged bits off, so pure laziness there.Lastly, the chips were so thinly cut that the chef overcooked that they weee like stone.Even though there was a lot of some non descript artificial tasting sauce added, the overall taste and experience was of no taste and an avoidable experience.Can't comment on the interior as I sat on the 'place centrale' which is beautiful, but not because of this restaurant.To improve dramatically or plain avoid.

Nous avons pris 2 fois ' Crêpe bagnarde'. C'était assez bon et copieux. L'assiette joliment décorée, malgré le fait que la terrasse était pleines. Le personnel très sympa et le temps d'attente était raisonnable. Dans l'ensemble c'était ok.

Es ist eine gute Adresse auf dem zentralen Platz für Fleischfresser ... mit ihrer Auswahl an Gerichten auf der Ardoise ... der Walliser und der texanische Burger, der aussergewöhnlich gut schmeckt!

j' adorais aller pour les viande sur ardoise mais en plus il y a les ribs caramélisé un délice. Pour les ardoises possibilité de prendre des supplement de viande pour 6 chf tres bonne idée

Schöne Terrasse in autofreier Zone. Freundlicher Service, kleine aber gute Karte und eben, die legendären Burger. Sehr empfehlenswert.
