I can’t say enough how amazing Jose and the employees are at this Steak N Shake. From my first visit to every visit since they never disappoint and go above and beyond with the service and quality of the food they deliver. If you haven’t been, give a try the next time you are out. Done in, it’s worth the time to experience how customer service should be done.
Came thru the drive thru use to slow service And or the food has been wrong at most ones I’ve stopped at . Not here ! They had us in and Out great service great food no complaints thanks To Jesus and the lady working with him today !
In the past, had a bad experience. Today came in for lunch and it seems management changed. Absolutely recommended. Food was hot, servings were pretty nice. Staff was amazing l!! Kudos for the changes!! Coming back for sure
