Stefano's Pizza

TLDR: Operations difficulties (errors in pizza, closing before time while still allowing online orders to go through, poor communication). Poor mask hygiene by an employee. Not a comforting thought for a small, hot building with people making food for the public during a pandemic. Hands down best pizza in San Rafael (5 stars for pizza taste). Day to day operations lately has been rough. Ordered a pizza online for delivery and nobody showed up, nobody contacted. Satoutside my apartment waiting for 45 minutes thinking the driver got lost. Tried calling and no one picked up. No one contacted me the next day. Had to go in person. It?s a pandemic, things happen, and I can imagine it?s rough owning abusiness right now so didn?t hold it against them, just asked for a refund and ordered a pizza to go. Bummed out that tonight had another set of mishaps, though it looked like the workers were young so I wanted to give them a break (nosalt in the pizza dough and left me waiting on the phone line) The mask issue is too much. Loosely wearing a mask below your nose and with a poor mouth seal isn?t going to do much to protect yourself or others. If they need new masks, I?mhappy to donate some. Secure fit by having a nice seal covering around nose and under chin. If straps are too long, you can twist them a few times, or better still replace the mask.

I know times are tough... but when your paying the same prices for a pepperoni pie you hope you?ll get enough pepperoni?s to cover the x- large pie! It?s ridiculous. We try to help by spending our limited funds to buy food from our local pizza place at least once a week. I wish I could attach the image of our pie. Very disappointed. Not sure if we?ll buy from here again.

If I could give a negative star I would the pizza was not only burnt but it was all so soggy cold lacking completely in flavor and all you could taste was the citric acid in the tomato sauce. I don't know what happened I used to love Stefano's I grew up in the valley I used to have it every day pretty much after school but man they really gone downhill

These are some of the hardest working professionals I have ever seen. My family and I just enjoyed another outstanding meal from Stefano's Terra Linda. They were busy when I picked up my order because it's Friday night, but they went out of their way to make sure that I was taken of along with many other customers. Thank You Stefano's!

Ordered an XL pizza on regular crust. I received a paper thin pizza, pretty disappointing.. toppings are really good.. but stuck with a huge pizza with pretty much zero crust holding very little cheese. :
