Staying in Alsace for the first time we wanted to try out the local fare. We chanced this one and luckily we had our son with us who speaks German as we do not speak French well or German at all. Not a lot of people in this area speak English! The place is not fancy but it is clean and the people are very nice indeed. The food was excellent. I took the challenge of being surprised by the Thom Baguette which was interesting and very tasty. Our son had a dish of duck, smoked salmon and pate which looked like fine dining of the highest order. My wife 's dish of chicken and veal in a creamy sauce contained in a pastry 'crown ' also was well enjoyed. Well satisfied!

Very welcoming restaurant with good cuisine, I often eat at lunchtime and their dish of the day is top and more particularly today the pane chicken scalope was excellent and really very tender. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

With my spouse we went by chance because our usual restaurants were on leave but honestly we'll go back there

We were warmly welcomed. Lovely menu. Nice dishes, served in a pleasant way, so the eye enjoyed it as well.
