we had a few hours to put my mum to rest at the local church. It was lovely no stress the meals were all cooked nice only thing I could moan about was the size of the portions. they was not off the small menu they were full priced meals. and I dont think the sizes were vaule of money the I know thing have gone up but instead of putting a garnish of rocket which is expensive was wilted and dried up take that off and give extra couple of chips also gammon was cross cut not tender it didn't look 8oz Vegetarian options: yes was very nice and the vegan stripe

We had the first Xmas meal booked in for 2023 and I just want to thank Alice our waitress who was fab, the pub was heaving Saturday night but our food came out promptly and hot and everyone was pleased with their meal all the staff were amazing and handled the crowded pub very well Parking: Despite being very busy there was still free spaces Price per person: £20–30

The staff were very helpful and polite But there was only one member of staff and the queue was about ten people waiting it took me 15 minutes to get 2 drinks at 5.30 on a Tuesday night. Why isn’t there more staff to serve the customers. Price per person: £50–60 Food: 4

Had an early family Christmas get together. Staff were fantastic, food was great especially for the price. Will be back for sure. Vegetarian options: My veggie tart was delicious Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Sunday Roast
