Unfortunately, this time order was far below... the first order was wrong, then the 2nd order was wrong and both the phone girl AND the manager choose to argue with me about it, customer service was hard... I usually spend LARGE money in this facility with little to no problem, it will be a cold day down when I return before Christmas, if at all because of the bad customer service tonight...

I watched the menu on the line that is connected to this review page, and they said it wasn't their menu. so they didn't honor the $11,99 price for a pfund brisket. I was charged $20.99 plus tax. just give them menu information. do not use the online menu. the prices are much higher once in the rest.

eating is average, could be worth a revisit if they replace the rude b! $h on the switch. bailey was the name on the reception. I went out almost before the order. when they see a blonde child on the switch, they just turn around and go to the Chinese place next door.

The pulled chicken is awesome! We also ordered pulled pork and andouille sausage. It all came with our choice of sauce which was also excellent!
