DO NOT ONLINE ORDER HERE! 2nd time this has happened to me. I placed an order, restaurant confirmed, but said they never got the order. I got charged, but no food. Their website has no way to request a refund because you need a restaurant# from aPAPER receipt! Hello! This is 2021! How can I not request a refund online? Their phone# is automated only and you cannot requesta refund!
One of the best subway locations I have ever been to all credit goes to Mina , she makes the best Sandwiches and always with a smile and polite. I literally have come everyday this week because of her magic. The ingredients of every subway is the same butwhen someone (Mina in this case is making it with love it just tastes so much better. Definitely recommend :
Very pleased with my experience, the manager or owner was very attentive with everyone, he was leading by example hard to find nowadays) by greeting customers and cleaning tables. Very clean location, workers seemed happy and very well trained inproviding good customer service. Thank you!
Awful service. Sandwich was made wrong. Asked to politely have it remade. She refused without charging. Lost a lot of service today future. Hopefully that little kids sandwich was worth it.
