Subway - Tisch reservieren

I work down the road and frequent this subway a few times a week, my experience today was very disappointing. Footlong Cali turkey club had two flat pieces of turkey on one side and three on the other, I could see she was concealing the amount and quickly put bacon over it. My question... what does one gain from only serving half of the portion paid for? I simply showed a worker... clarified what it was supposed to have on it, and asked for the extra pieces to put on my sandwich. The girl laughed and proceeded to talk about me. Not sure if she knew I was still there, but she was clearly not worried about correcting her error. I have known her manager for many years and been a happy customer until today... I will be contacting her.

Went in the restaurant tonight to get a salad. Worker didn’t cut the meat, she broke the ham with her hands. She proceeded to the veggies. Instead of cutting the tomatoes and cucumber correctly on the cutting board, she started cutting it in her hands and just pulled the pieces apart. Asked why she’s not using the cutting board, she proceeds to tell me “I’m just being nice by doing this for you”. “We don’t do chop salads and I don’t have to cut it”. I asked her why she didn’t use the cutting board. She gave a nasty look. She’s a young Caucasian teenager with braces. Customer service is very awful. Will never stop at this location again.

It's Subway! Is it the best sandwich, no, but someone else has the ingredients and patience to make it so here we are. Anyways, the line was short and fast. The servers weren't happy to see me but they weren't rude either, neutral. It was clean and well stocked. I get the spicy Italian with an absurd amount of pickles. Hits the spot every time. They've never been put of the ingredients I want. Overall, not bad for Subway.

The store does very little to resolve messed up orders. Ordered delivery and half of order was missing, Called the store and spoke with manager, he did nothing to resolve, said I could come to store to get refund, heck that’s the reason I ordered to delivery to begin with cause I couldn’t get to store.

The subs are good.... very disappointing that they stopped using the regular ranch tho...... the peppercorn... not a fan... if I wanted pepper they have it there...
