I tried calling to speak with a manager rather than writing a review for all to see but I couldn’t get an answer. I went in to subway with my friend on 02/15 around 6:30pm. We walked in with 4 customers already there. While we waited we didn’t hear Daniella Paluzzi say “next” so she felt the need to scream it at us with such an attitude. She kept the attitude the entire order and my friends. I simply asked if they still had rotisserie chicken and she made me feel stupid for not seeing it in a small insert pan in the far back. She stated to her co worker Magdaly Ontiveros that they were going to close and lock the door in an hour 7:30) an hour before actual closing time. During the process of my order I heard the customer Magdaly was assisting say to her “That you don’t need to be doing that to peoples food. That’s just not right.” I don’t know any of the context but overall it was the worst subway experience I’ve ever had. I asked my friend if he wanted to cancel our order and just go to the other subway beside Walmart and he declined. I wish I canceled because we only left with half of the correct order anyways. When Daniella was cashing us out she never told us our transaction was over and didn’t hand us our food so we had to just assume the two closest items was ours. I even questioned out loud if I was grabbing the right sub and Daniella Dee) declined to answer. I genuinely think the store manager should find better workers more deserving of this job.
