Ordered five sandwiches for my family and did so through the subway app. I placed the order at 1:20 to be picked up by 2pm. I arrive at 2:02 and none of my sandwiches were ready. They weren’t even started. An employee came out from the back and asked how she could help me. When I explained that I had placed an online order to go over 30 minutes prior, she apologized saying she just arrived for her shift and her coworker was nowhere to be found. She then immediately started on my order and brought it out to my car once it was ready. Tonia did a wonderful job making sure my order got made as fast as one person could do. The other employee, Anthony, that was on shift when I placed the order needs management to either fire him or insist he start showing up to work sober. I’m not sure what he was under the influence of but he was definitely on something. That can be the only explanation for him to not do any work (as evidenced by my order not being ready despite having more than 30 minutes to make it , be in the restroom for over 30 minutes only to emerge from there and attempt to take out the garbage (he knocked over the trash can because he was too busy trying to grab his cigarette from his pocket. He then proceeds to slowly pic up his mess. Watching him made it perfectly clear that he was not there sober. I usually go to this location because it’s normally run pretty well. But until Anthony is no longer there-I won’t be giving this location any more of my money. I truly hope the tip I left when I first placed my order goes to Tonia.
