I ordered online to save time. Little did I know, I'd be waiting over an hour in store.. It was a waste of time ordering online. When I finally got to let the employee know I had an online order, the employee said that they were out of steak. Umm, really? I asked if there was any in the cooler, the employee said there was. But, it's not prepped. So, I wait over an hour for this employee to not make my sub correctly? Being the order was paid online I couldn't get a refund nor change my order. So, I chose a spicy Italian and subway made money off me. I was charged steak price for no steak. The steak was in the back cooler, but employee didn't wanna bother. On top of that sadness, I watched employee try to wrap my husband's wrap like 4 times. So, I ended up rolling the wrap correctly. Also there was no choices in bread except white or wheat.
