Sueno Azul Areperia

This Bar Areperia has been successfully functioning in the heart of Playa San Juan since the days when the little church in the Square was still open! The old men of the village play dominos, or a lively game of cards at the tables outside. On a Saturday night there is live music and dancing. The food is simple local stuff goat stew, chickpeas. arepas we found the pizzas to be unbeatable!

Met friends here for coffee , and a few beers for some of us , in a delightful spot in this lovely plaza away from the main tourist area Very friendly and attentive staff- really enjoyed our visit here

We met friends here for coffee this morning. The service was good the position of the cafe in the Plaza at San Juan was perfect. We watched the world go by chatted to coffee beers.

The real Tenerife. Good cheap food amongst the locals. You can sit for as long as you wish reading your book, or like us playing cards. Local, not tourist, prices.

Stopped for a bit of lunch with friends and enjoyed arepas amongst other things. Better to eat inside as less flies...
