Sugar Factory American Brasserie Biloxi

We had reservations for 6 we there at 5:57 we sat and placed our order. We did not get our food until 7:15 the waiter said they were shorthanded as the reason and that they were “temperature control” our chicken and waffles. The food came out as if it rushed the burgers were hard (meat) and bread was slightly burned. We told the waitress she had apologised and released my son's birthday, we spent a total of $189 for a Burger King meal... I never feel demolished again!

My husband, daughter, nephew and I had reservations 3/19/23 (Spring Break)we arrived a little early and was seated right away our server was a lady named “Star” she was excellent she attended to us and was very professional/polite I also told her manager how good our service was we will definitely be returning

Only 1 server, could not make our desert because it was the only, bar was closed because they didn't work anyone except a person!!! Steak was so little for $44 dollars!
