I understand that small businesses are having a hard time during the pandemic but it doesn't excuse a business for lack of effort. We ordered appetizers and entrees. The meatball appetizer legitimately tasted like microwaved frozen meatballs from Costco. The centers were cold and were presented horribly on a plate. The waiter forgot to ask me for my side. Ok no big deal, i reminded him and he apologized. Later, he forgot to bring it out as the meals came. My entree was wrong, and he brought out the wrong dish. My husband's entree was not good at all. My youngest son's chicken fingers were bland and dried out. My oldest son's rigatoni ala vodka was bland and tasteless. My husband's dish was un-appetizing. He took a few bites and did not take home any leftovers. What happened to this place. Years ago it was good! Unfortunately, this will be our last visit. It is such a shame because it is so close by. You want to see small restaurants succeed, but they won't if businesses like this lack any effort. The best part of the meal was the bread.

A few months ago, we enjoyed a takeout order of a veal parm hero a shrimp parm hero, which we thought were good. The mozzarella cheese and the sauce seemed good quality and tasty. However, when we received a takeout order of Grandma's Pizza tonight, we were very disappointed. The small amount of cheese was thin and dried out and the sauce was very sweet and not tasty at all and the pizza crust was petrified and we couldn't even cut it with a knife. We don't understand how a pizza place cannot make a decent pizza. Maybe we will try some of their entrees and appetizers next time because the reviews for those seem to be wonderful.

New owners have turned this place into the best! Generous portions for price. Everything is delicious. Nice staff as well. Highly recommend! The new owners have been in the industry for 15+ years and know what they are doing! If you have tried this in the past few years and didn't love it, give it a second chance. They took over in December. Chicken francaise is a favorite and they have perfected it.

Ordered the eggplant parm. dinner, veal parm. hero and a Sicilian pie. Sauce and food nothing to speak of. Had a gift certificate I had to use or lose. Spent $50 out of a $75 gift certificate. Owner would not give me $25 cash back. Will have a hard time spending the balance.
