Surah Korean Bbq

The food was good. But the server was very unprofessional. She had poor table side manners. And when it was time to pay. I had originally left no tip cause the bill came to 144 for 3 people which was unexpected. When she saw I left no tip she told me she wanted her tip. I didn’t come out with that much money but I then tipped anyway. She then told me she wanted more money. I told her I didn’t have a lot of money. Then she asked if i was american and said since i’m american I should tip since ig americans are known for tipping. She tried to haggle me until a nice man covered the tip for me

I’ve never reviewed a restaurant before but the experience I just had was so bad I had to say something. First of all we were told the “all you can eat” option was for the “whole table” which it wasn’t. The bill ended up coming out to be over $200 for six people and the food was mediocre. The chicken and steak were decent to be fair but the power also went out for like 30 minutes and we kind of just sat in the dark while the food didn’t cook. Overall not a good experience

Very high cost for a mediocre menu and poor service. The lady was not unkind, but she was unable or unwilling to help us understand what we were to do.I can't believe I spent well over $200 for 6 people and the food was meh.

Very underrated restaurant. Employees were kind and nice to me. There were no taste of msg. Recommanded for Korean BBQ.

SOOOO GOOD!!! The beef bulgogi was superb. The owner is very helpful and generous too. Would highly recommend ?
