Suviche – Sushi And Ceviche

We went to Suviche for happy hour. They have a great combination of sushi and ceviche. This is Peruvian fusion with an Asian kick! They start you off with complimentary toasted corn also known as cancha. The happy hour menu had a great selection of food and drinks. We loved the swing seats, art and props around the restaurant. I went here for lunch and the food seemed ok. was suspicious of cameras in the restroom so made a quick exit after using it and hearing the commotion at the time. Anyway the salad was ok. The Calamari was pretty good. The interior of the place looked nice . However the surveillance lack of privacy really dimmed the mood here and it should be stated publicly that this may be going on

The BEST Bang Bang Shrimp I have ever had. You must also try any of the flavors of their Pisco Sours. I had the pineapple Pisco Sour and it was absolutely the best!!! I also had the ALMOST PERFECT ROLL 8 Crispy shrimp and cream cheese topped with avocado and tempura flakes, garnished with spicy mayo and eel sauce. Absolutely perfect combination of flavors and textures.

Restaurant has a great, modern vibe. The food was very good and unexpected. Service was good and food came out at a good pace. Plates also had a good portion and presentation.

YO!!! These swinging seats are FUEGO. Don’t miss and sit in the regular seats. The food is IMMACULATE and LITE but with 5 STAR FLAVOR. ??
