Service was so-so, but the food was not great. I ordered oxtail brisket pho and they were very stingy with everything from the amount of bean sprout, the basil, the hoisin sauce, and the amount of noodles they put in the actual bowl. Like they gave pre-measured little disposable plastic cups of sauce?? Are y'all rationing around here?? Additionally, I had to ask the server for the veggie toppings.. their limes were good tho. Another note on the noodles, though, you can tell when the noodles are freshly cooked and directly put into your pho vs cooked, measured into a bowl, and then put in the fridge so when someone orders pho all they have to do is ladle the broth in the bowl. It makes the noodles a solid clump that you have to break up with your chopsticks. Unfortunately, the noodles were a solid clump in my bowl. So yeah overall a stingy and lazy restaurant that banks on the fact the demographic that eats here doesn't know what to expect out of Vietnamese food but then again they never said they were authentic cuisine. They should spend more of their budget on the food than the decorations.
