So today I'm down in Colo Springs to take my pup to the vet and needed a place to work while I wait! We're turning around. Large bright room on the corner. Staff are sweet. The latte was delicious. The Granola was amazing!!!! It looks like ice cream with blows I thought super fun. Big portion. I really appreciate that the yogurt is not sweet I like sweet yogurt with sweet granola so it was perfectly balanced! Everything so far was lovely. If I stay for lunch, I'll report back to other foods.

My favorite place in all sources. I tried many places. They make their own syrups in the house and it's so sweet inside! I really like the brown sugar and the honey lavender. If you like more herbal flavor and styles, this is the place for you (Rosmarin/Lavendel etc. they also have good homemade gluten-free options. If you have 5,000 flavor options for your coffee or sugar free options that are sweet, it cannot be the place for you.

Our favorite coffee place. Everything is always 100% and each time I come and get my fave it always tastes the same no matter if you go to this location or the hillside location. Hillside also had a park in the back perfect for take the kiddos if you have any. The staff is amazing as well! Best coffee in the Springs!

Big fan of switchbacks. They have the best Gf avocado toast, with tomatoes, micro greens, and two eggs. I also love their house made pumpkin spice oat milk latte. The vibes are great and they always play the perfect music.
