Taco Bell - Tisch reservieren

We came in around 12:30 Monday night (technically Tuesday) and had a trailer with us. We drove up to the door to see if Taco Bell was open and one of the guys was already standing out there waiting for us. I told him that I don't think we will fit in the drive thru and he explained that Zach was already inside grabbing a pen and a piece of paper to take our order right there for us. Our experience was completely wonderful and the food was very hot and fresh. We go to Taco Bell quite often whenever we are traveling and both agreed that this was the best Taco Bell/experience we've ever had! Shout out to Zach for being so incredible and kind!

I ordered online and only got too tacos and two orders of potatoes. I selected to pick up at the drive through and was asked to pull around so I did then I took thirty minutes to get my food. It would have been longer but I went inside to see if it was done and it had been waiting to be taken out. I did not even get an apology for the extra wait time or utensils. They also were only getting people to pull around about every 5 minutes.

I miss the guys that used to work here. They weren't the most professional but they understood what customer service was and they were ALWAYS nice, no matter what. This new lady they got, she's no good at customer service at all. Give me the old workers back.

Horrible service needs a change of management. The orders were all mixed up. Don’t get beans.
