Taco Bell - Tisch reservieren

I wanted to share my rating of Taco Bell. I went in today to pick up an order I placed online. When I arrived at the store the girl could not locate my order. Then she handed me someone else’s order which was the wrong one. When I attempted to explain she had the wrong order she became aggressive in her tone of voice and very rude. Then her manager came over and was equally rude and not professional. I was really disappointed with my experience and would encourage everyone to stay away from this Taco Bell. Customer service is horrible and the food was also almost not edible.the manager who was rude to me was a bigger woman.

my partner and I came near 3 to get food and we had something missing, but I totally failed what was missed. we moved around and it was clear that the nice heavyset girl and the manager (handsome black dude with mustache) we are frustrated when I tried to correct my mistake, they still handled it well and we have the missing product! Many thanks and we really sorry to be a bit difficult, you deserve all the praise that even work that late, care!

This has got to have the most friendly happy employees I think I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. I have never had I assume now, fresh taco bell before.. when I go to my local one I know what I have been missing now.

Our order was correct staff was friendly and we didn't have to wait long at all. I should add we got to the drive up right around closing and they were still super friendly

the service was actually quite good for a taco bell. they have rebuilt the load. clean and the service was good.
