the gentleman on the trip was very rudely asked to speak with manager, she came into the window, I told her the man in the window was very rude and she said he had a bad day and went away. I have my order everything was messed up and some was not what we order went back into the window, said the manager well, that is what they order, I know that it is not she like what to do, I said we are eating that we order her or let her tell me well, give her my 42.73 dollar back she said, I can not give them all of what I said! When she called the next day as a manager, she said she'd look at me not hearing anything about it. So I'll call a step higher. poor service. eating was not treated, the right manager is just as bad as employees.
what happened to say, "we will be in a short time with them, in a few minutes." they simply do not say a word and leave it the line longer and longer while they say, "hallo, is someone there?" about a dozen times. it was not until I told the car behind me that they must be closed that the worker finally spoke, and said that they “decided with something”. it looked like the employees had brought their children to work, and therefore they keep the dining room safe. I don't care that people bring their children to work, but this is likely to interfere with the speed and efficiency of the performance of the shows.
I write this about most fast food places: when they're doing things right, it's really good. The question about any fast food is whether or not they're consistently doing things right. The answer for this Taco Bell location is: they're pretty much doing things right 90% of the time. This location can have a little bit of a wait, but they get the orders right and they take care with assembly. The wait has always been reasonable in my experience 3 to 8 minutes is typical in my experience. If you like Taco Bell, this is a good location.
One of the most pleasant experiences at a taco bell ever. The person taking our drive thru order was very pleasant, attentive, and kind. Tammie who took our order was a treasure!
