"This time was a lot better than the last time. Last time I waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes for 4 tacos and the staff was not friendly. This time however the line moved quickly I got my food within 10 minutes and it was fresh and the ladythat took my order was very friendly. Im glad to see things are getting better because I really enjoy Taco Bell."

Went here tonight had a big order 8 combo meals was only given 2 cups the employees were more occupied talking to each other to give us our other cups let alone the lids to the two cups they did give us I spent 94 dollars on everything and didn?t get halfof what I ordered I called the manager said she was the general manager and said I?d get a refund tomorrow when I come in thething is they also had no respect to give me a receipt. Then when I got home and rechecked the food none of what I had orderedhad meat on them the tortillas were all hard this place needs to be completely restaffed beyond disappointed. Worst service andfood I have probably ever received in the fast food Industry!
I like taco bell and I have had good experience with it. Today though I was not pleased because today the girl that was in the drive thru was very rude she had forgotten to give me the other 2 sodas I was missing and I waited till se saw me and then sheproceeded to lift her hand like what and I waited till she opened the window and told her I still had 2 sodas left. Also theyhad forgotten to put napkins and the hot sauces. My mother actually had to go back in and get the sauces. I work in customerservice and hers were not it. Normally there is this sweet southern lady that has amazing customer service there and knows howto treat the customers.
The employees who work at Taco Bell are truly heroes. I've never had an experience with any employee that wasn't extremely pleasant and always took good care of me. Yes, I did say they were heroes because while the nation was on shut down, guess whowas still working? Essential workers like the ones at Taco Bell. I wish that all it took was a google review for everyone inthat establishment to make 4x what they are now. Sadly, that's not the case. However, they still deserve it and more.
I have been to this location three times in the past month. There are three of us that enjoy taco bell but after tonight I will NEVER go back. We traveled from Orange Beach after work doing our best to get there before closing. We got held up in line forabout 15 minutes only to get told it was two minutes past closing. And there were three more cars behind us as well. The lasttime we were there our order was around 40 bucks but I guess they don't need or want our business.
