ein Lob an die Franzosen: der Apero – war genial und machte glücklich – ob Tatar-Brioche oder Frischkäse; zusammen mit dem frühlingshaften weiß von goldwalls pardon - hat uns gut geschmeckt und war wunderbar - franz du bist spitze, das ist dir klar. Die vorspeise mit sparsamer und frischer salat war exquisit und sehr schnell parat - und alessandro fixe hat gegeben. Auch Marie Therese war ganz Feuer und Flamme. Sie hat das Personal ganz ausgezeichnet wie ich – geführt, geleitet und nicht gefesselt, warum wird sie nicht bald verfolgt? Der ganze Tägi war auf der Seite und kann daher sehr gut erstattet werden. Der Hauptgang wurde mit Demsuperrisotto geschworen, war einfach genial - nicht im Lotto gewonnen. Das Beste gab es allerdings zum Fazit: das Erdbeer-Trio: ein High-End. damit ist fast alles gesagt, und wenn dich zufällig jemand fragt, kannst du es ihm guten Gewissens sagen; Das Französische ist das Beste, das muss man wissen.
