Takeout Taxi - Tisch reservieren

We are regulars, ordering 2 to 3 times per week. Most of the time the food arrives within the hour but a couple of times, including last night, it took over 2 hours to receive the order. At least, it arrived warm last night; the previous delayed delivery arrived cold and we had to reheat the food. Both times were on weekends, pizzas on Saturday night and thai on Sunday night. so perhaps Take-out taxi does not have enough drivers or enough order operators on WE or the restaurants are busy (though if we were seating there we would be served under 2 hours, busy or not... . I don't know what the problem is, but ordering at 6pm and getting the delivery at 8:20pm is way too long. Other than that, it is nice to have take outs from good restaurants, rather than the usual junk food. I will continue to use TakeOutTaxi, both at home and office and I recommend it to my friends. I hope that they fix the problem of the prolonged delays.

I spoke to a young lady on the phone about emailing me a receipt yesterday, and she was so rude. She had a bad attitude. If I didn't have to use this company with my current job, I would never recommend anyone to use this service.
