So this is still the best sushi in town. I know it's a chain, but I don't have to be happy yet. There are two, one in the surrey headquarters and this, outside of Belair, that is, I think, that is better from the two. And if you're like me, not a very big sushi person at first, but they sold me when they let you freeze the whole role. That was my way of getting into her, now I usually eat. I love the fried asparagus that, I think the sauce on top makes it a big bite, and it's always crispy. The potstickers are also great. For sushi, I'm a fan of Kevin Roll. The crispy shrimp in the middle helps offer crispy sushi that I enjoy. They have a lot to choose, so they all try. Until the “taco” part of the house it is a south-west style, not traditional Mexican. That's good, but I'm a traditional one, but it was still good. Had Tacquitos, and they were good and a great option if you have that a friend who does not eat seafood, but go with you to a sushi place... Lol. I would definitely recommend this place for good sushi.
I found out that my best good friend James had never had sushi...until today! Thanks to our friends at Takosushi, I introduced James to the world of this delicious Asian delicacy. For a starter we got the Tempura Asparagus because who can go to Takosushi and not get this dish? I tried to order a safe variety of rolls to ease James into the sushi world. With the help of our waitress, we narrowed it down to three rolls: the Pajama Roll, the Cary's Roll, and the Firecracker Roll. We loved them all, but we both agreed that the Pajama Roll was our favorite. The cucumber, spicy tuna, and crab are a perfect blend of flavors. James loved all the sushi and said he wants to come back. I can't stress how much I recommend trying something new, whether it's a different dish at your favorite restaurant or a whole new restaurant. Just get out there and try something new!
This is one of my favorite sushi spots in the CSRA! Really love the southwest Tex-Mex-Art Fusion they have on their menu. This makes it easier to dinate with friends and family who do not particularly enjoy sushi. Although, if they are new to the sushi experience, this would be a great place to take them so that they can explore the different ways they have. I once brought a friend who didn't like sushi here and they tried to start and love a flashy baked sushi roll. From then on they continued to the other roles and now they love sushi! They offer outdoor seating and have another location in Augusta, which is slightly smaller but nevertheless very good. Definitely give this place an attempt if you are in the mood for sushi, nachos, taquitos or even a good burger. Another of my favorite asparagus is their Tempura Asparagus.
LOVE this place. Food is really good, but her sushi is the BEST! They have fried asparagus with their spicy Mayo and it is soooo good! Your queen with chorizo Dip is soooo good! I'll go to me every week!
