Tap East - Tisch reservieren

This bar is just round the corner from the Premier Inn in Westfield. Great choice of beers but also sells wine and spirits if you’re not a beer drinker. Barman was very friendly and helpful. A great place to stop for a drink before going up to one of the restaurants in Westfield. Prefer it to The Cow which is the only other pub in the shopping centre.

No darker beer on today, well it’s Early June, so I went for the Amber beer, Tap East Ekuuanot. Which reflection I should have sent back. My second one was a TapEast Session IPA which was passable, certainly more pleasing. I’m not confident about quickly returning to this old haunt.

Great drinks eventually. Their PDQ (payment machine went down). Offered to pay cash. ‘Oh we don’t take cash’. What do you want a magic wand then?. Fools. Like it’s the customers fault. Got there eventually. Take cash for god sake.

Good choice of alcoholic drinks and good quick service. Went mid day on a sunny and hot Sunday and wasn't too busy.

nice selection of ales it’s a micro brewery and handy for a pit stop whilst the ladies are shopping. fairly low key
