Tea Rooms At Stained Glass Centre

the teestuben were practically empty when we arrived. we waited to sit while the employee member ignored us and continued their conversation. then she asked if we had booked (it was empty) and then we sat. we then waited for an unacceptable long time while the two other couples arrived and commanded while we were ignored. then I went to the cash register to order and the personal turned her back to me. at this point we went out, terrible service and incredibly rude. we had also planned to return to the stained glass and make a purchase. after this experience and in the urgent necessity of coffee we did not disturb! I can't comment on eating or drinking as we haven't come to that far, but I hope it's better than the service!

We have just had a baby shower at the tea room. All the staff have been so accommodating and friendly . The afternoon tea was amazing, all the food was delicious with plenty to take home. They provided vegetarian, vegan and other special requests. Thank...you for giving us a lovely afternoon

service not very personal/ friendly eating was nice, too much sponge cake on the afternoon tee tablet would not have us a smaller for children, nor would they enjoy over sweet on the afternoon tee. like the cafe layout the service best dissimilar...in would not meet our requirements

enjoy a garden table on a beautiful sunny day and in an attractive garden area. a tasty cheese and a coffee was enjoyed and the stained glass is one must.
