Food and ambiente is top, service is flop: from the restaurant you have a magnificent view over lake Lucerne but the service was so bad that it was already funny: after the salad was served with the wrong dressing we complained and they suggested to put the right salad dressing on top of it. We told the servant that this is a rather bad idea but she nevertheless brought a cup of salad dressing to the table asking us to poor it over the salad.
Very friendly and accommodating staff, nice host. The food was very good and we would love to come back again.
Great fish crispy...a MUST!!! And a fantastic view to relax
