Terrasse Sur l'Auberge

Terrasse Sur l'Auberge was a delightful treat, as we spent more than 2 hours relaxing looking at the amazing views from the terrace. The service was very nice but really harried as the place was PACKED. Quite a few people were waiting to be seated. It was a beautiful warm sunny day, so i guess that should be expected. There is a large and fun drink menu and food selections, which many people ordered from . We had 2 drinks each during our stay. The hotel attached to the bar was really cool and we would like to try it when returning to Montreal. I would highly recommend trying this for lunch, drinks or dinner. Many people from town [including the staff at our hotel] highly recommended it. We will be back!

It was the first and last time we went to this place. We were looking forward to trying her because of the beautiful view, but as we had said the service is more than rotten! We ordered 2 pichetes twice the waitress only leaves the pichet on the table and runs without pouring it into the glasses, we order in and out. all happens at the same time so we ate our cold meals, for all requests we had to ask the other employees, because she never came to see us to know how it was. really disappointing to have such a cold service and such a beautiful view.

5 to 7 friends on the terrace on the top floor of the building. clean and well maintained place with a view of the promenade of the old port and docks. cocktail offered various and dripping at the prices of the old Montreal in a tourist area. If this is a busy weekend day, wait until you wait at the bottom of the elevator for a place.

A beautiful evening, lovely view, polite server, but we just couldn't stay...the music was loud, annoying technopop that completely misses what could be a beautiful vibe. The crowd was mixed, from children to seniors, so unless they want to limit their clientele to youngish millenniaIs I recommend they choose better music.

We went to get a table for a drink and possibly dinner but found out it was firework night where they charge a premium to enter the terrace. However we did stay for a drink and returned to the room to watch the fireworks as we were only a couple of floors below
