Texas Roadhouse

Steak was black on the botyom and tasted very burnt. Server had the cook make another one. Manager came over and agreed it was burned on the bottom. Having to wait quite a long time on the second steak, and didn’t have time to eat any of it, we missed 15 minutes if the concert we were going to.. I feel like the manager should have taken the cost of the steak off of our bill.

Even though there was a wait, you understand why once they seat you. The staff are attentive but not too much and they do not rush you to get the next customer in. Steak is always good, mushrooms are a little over seasoned for me, but that is personal preference. Baked potatoes are on point.

Sent my prime rib back twice. Still looked like raw beef liver. Rubbery gross
