Eating is always excellent... our server was great, place is expensive, but for special occasions is a non-sane alternative. The only complaint is the seat system they have. We were a big party of 13 while I understand why they want the whole party to be there to sit... a little healthy sense comes practically for the hostesses. 11 of us were already there, and the other two were late, and they kept all for a long time on the other two... we had little children and even with that... they gave us no table. That was rude, and they don't even have a decent waiting zone!
Despite our server did an excellent job, I observed that the manager on duty came to our area to check and see if everything was okay. He approached all the 3 tables that did not have people of color and did not approach any tables (4) that were otherwise. I'm giving 2 stars because of the server or it would be 1. It would be a good idea for the manager to approach all tables if he is checking on an area. Time-frame is 9:30-10:30 pm.My family will not be coming back to this location.
My family and I have semi-regular dinners at this location. Our service is always adequate but rarely exceeds the most basic expectations. Tonight, however, our server Jessica was superb. She waited on our table exactly how one should. Not too much, not too little. She was accommodating, kind, funny, enthusiastic, and did her duties swiftly and orderly. Jessica was such a delight to be acquainted with that I will certainly be requesting her section henceforth.
We're here at 5:30 on a Saturday night. We came to the waiting list when we were out. After parking we wrote HERE in the restaurant. It was 30 minutes until we got a text that our table was ready. We came in and showed the staff our message. We waited 10 minutes before our group. Service was great! The rolls were nice and warm with the cinnamon butter, so devine. I got the Dallas Filet and my husband got the medallion. You always have the tenderest steaks.
