The Berkeley - Tisch reservieren

We hired out the function room for our wedding on 11th June and must say we were really impressed!! It was the most perfect day and the venue looked amazing! We were well looked after by all the staff and everything ran smoothly the whole day/evening. Good selection of beers behind the bar. The Wedding Breakfast and the evening buffet was delicious and they ensured we never ran out of food. Some of us booked the rooms upstairs to stay overnight and for a sit down breakfast in the restaurant area the following morning. The rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was amazing. You could just help yourself with what you wanted and they would just top it up if needed. Overall it was a perfect wedding! Extra shout out to Jason and Matt they both went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing time! Two of the guests that were staying had booked a taxi to the church the taxi didn't turn up so Matt kindly offered to get them there, which is a good 6 or 7 miles away! Just about says it all really! We would highly recommend The Berkeley for the lovely food and friendly hospitality. If you're considering hiring a venue for parties, weddings etc, you won't be disappointed!

We have been here for a Sunday carvery on a number of occasions, and absolutely love it here! Yesterday there was a choice of beef, lamb and pork, or a combination of all three meats! There was a large selection of freshly cooked vegetables, including mashed and roasted potatoes, roasted onions, parsnips, green beans, carrots, cauliflower cheese, potato gratin, to name a few. Served with freshly cooked homemade yorkshire puds and stuffing, with lovely home-made gravy, and a selection of home-made sauces (cranberry, apple, mint and horseradish. A choice of 4 homemade puddings was included in the price, which makes this our favourite go-to place on a Sunday when I don't feel like cooking! The staff were polite and attentive, and we got our favourite table, which was a bonus. Well worth a visit to anyone who hasn't been, but booking is essential, as they do get busy. Thank you to Matt and his team for a fantastic meal.

We hired the function room at The Berkeley for our wedding afternoon Tea Party. Great location as our guests were all local to it. Bar and staff were spot on Jason himself and Claire, great selection of draught beers/lager cider plus spirits. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff, table's were set out with cloths and chairs. We then added our own decor to the room in readiness for our wedding guests on Saturday. We had an amazing day and night with some guests staying over at The Berkeley. Feedback was great Jase we had booked until midnight but didn't actually leave until 1am (bar was closed by this time) due to a delayed taxi!! Just one more thing....a massive thanks to Matt, Jason, Claire and the rest of your brilliant team. A great day had by all

Well what a find! I’m almost ashamed to say we tried somewhere else on spec but they were full so rang ahead down the road and they fit us in. A busy Sunday lunch but I cannot fault them. The staff with us (and each other were happy and gave proper, really helpful service (including the pud in a doggie bag as the carvery was so generous! , it seemed nothing was too much trouble. Then there’s the food what more could you ask, well cooked, choice of 3 meats and veg galore, to my taste done to a turn just enough bite and……sprouts! In March! I know!!! All in all, enough to make me wish I lived next door. Thank you to them all very much, you started our holiday in style.

I would say it’s the best carvery around. Food cooked to perfection with plenty of choice. A choice of three meats, including Venison and Lamb. Absolutely delicious! and well worth a visit!!
