The Brookside Pub

I'm at the Brookside tonight and I have to say it's worth it. we have come from york and spend the weekend in a local guesthouse ellerbrook house and were pointed out that this is the place to go. at the arrival we asked for a table for 2 and were told that one was available, but there was a delay due to a large group that had just arrived. no problems, we sat and enjoyed the drinks. When we had ordered, we were asked if we were told about the waiting period that we answered. faster than expected, the food came to us and was then excellent. if we needed something, it was enough to take only one eye on the staff to get them to the table. all in all, excellent service, excellent eating, excellent drinks brookside blonde is one must and we will visit again.

A party of 20 recently enjoyed a birthday meal, excellent choice.on the menu, very good prices. Staff were attentive and interested, not pushy or in a rush, we all felt valued. visited this place before a few weeks during a stay in a local guest house. fantastic! great eating, moretti on hahn and a great gin bar! and to exaggerate it, they had the f1 on tw!

first visit in brookside. beautiful pub. great food. all enjoyed a Sunday roast. friendly courtesy staff. will definitely return here and recommend others.

tonight had a nice meal at the bachufer. would recommend if in windermere. staff very plentiful and helpful!
