Feb Highly recommended by a colleague It was our first dining experience at The Burger Place The small diner like space has a cozy retro feel We decided to try a Cheeseburger Deluxe no onion/tomato, with a small Poutine, and Ginger Ale Deluxe no tomato, small fries chilli, and a Ginger Ale. There seemed to be steady customers in/out during dinner time tonight We chose to dine in over take out Our order was ready within minutes; too fast The order was made accurately Unfortunately besides the overall heavy bun the burger patty wasn’t fully cooked. Quite messy. The French Fries (plain) were tasty. The gravy on the poutine had a pudding like consistency which is too thick in my opinion The chilli had a very subtle flavour; more flavour needed here for sure. Left with upset stomachs with chance of vomiting and diarrhea Not the best first experience so definitely won’t be returning.

I've done lots of travelling and have had burgers from all over the nation. The deluxe burger here is by far the BEST burger I've ever had in my life. I've been coming here for years. Highly recommended.

Hands down the best burgers in Winnipeg! I live in East St. Paul and I will gladly make the long trek to get my burger fix, absolutely worth it!

My wife and another couple are from out of the country and this place was amazingThe owner was so welcoming and great.
