The Butchery Steaks Chops Seafood

Was feeling steak on a Friday after a long work week. Got here about 6:20ish and grabbed a table in the bar area. There was no wait and I got in just in time to avoid the dinner crowd. This place was busy already. I was tended by my waitress immediately. I got the watermelon martini. This was a very delicious and refreshing drink. I really liked it. I ordered the filet mignon Oscar with au gratin potatoes. While waiting for my dinner, I was served their complimentary cornbread. The cornbread was so hot, a hint of sweet, and savory. I love fresh baked bread! Yummy! I ate about 75 percent of the cornbread all by myself!!! I was hungry. Lol. My dinner finally came out and it was scrumptious! It took me about an hour to get through my dinner because I ate so much cornbread. I was getting a tiny tummy ache, so I slowly took my time. I finished my dinner though and sat for a solid 20 mins to let my tummy digest. Gosh, I really need a boyfriend so he can help me eat! Lol My waitress was tentative and service was great. Definitely coming back.

My now-husband and I had our rehearsal dinner at The Butchery. We were very happy with the experience from start to finish. Karen listened to what we wanted with regard to price and dishes and even ordered cloth napkins in our color. The food was delicious and a good value, and the serving staff was attentive. It was nice having our own room (there were about 33 of us and not having to rush through dinner and conversations. You should definitely check out The Butchery if you're looking for a space for a private event (or just for a tasty dinner! . What a night!! Celebrating my wife’s birthday with the best service we’ve had in a LONG time! Even with the chaos going on around us, Vernon gave us special attention and made us feel special. He really is the best mixologist/ bartender/ life saver in town!! Come try out the smoked bourbon old fashioned!! Amazed THANKS Vernon! Top class! Great food at a decent price. The charcuterie is a must try and the Coffee crusted steak was an amazing experience. A great neighborhood place! The owners of the restaurant took over after this place was featured on Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares. What a night and day difference! The food is legit good and the drinks are too! Fantastic steakhouse
