The Cheesecake Factory

I finally ate here for the last time. while the decor is beautiful and the cheesecakes are great, the service is tasty and eating is always swimming in fat. I'm always stuck with a waiter who doesn't have any cest or energy. the younger workers really need a better training, especially! don’t order nachos, unless they enjoy it soggy tortillas swimming in fat! I ordered the cucumber limonade, saw something swimming in it, and after another, the waiter tried to explain what the floating thing was. no, sir! bad service. when they have to wait all day, they enjoy oily food with little salt, and nothing against a waiter with low energy, they go here. there are few servers that take care of what they do. the hostesses could also be more charming and friendly. comfortable or not, a restaurant should run with a better communication with everyone. from the recipe to the es tab.

the service was very slow? and that was okay, I don't remember the pasta my wife had, but the noodles were dry. even our waiter pointed it out. also I had an Italian trio and the chicken had a strange seafood taste. Not sure if they just used the same fat my order had not included meeresfruit! but the staff was very friendly. I appreciate the honesty I have received from our waiter. his name was lane.

Never had a bad experience here. My brother visited from the UK AND DIESER WAS HIS FAVORITE RESTAURANTS. He's still asking about it. Customer service is great...

Great service, good food. I would definitely reserve before the time if possible! Cheesecake has to go home!
