Poor attitudes and lack of adhering to health codes. Some people don't wear a hat or hairnet as required by health codes. When asked their comments are nonchalant because they don't work for the kitchen. They think because they are office supervisors or interns they don't have to abide by the regulations. One intern's hair kept falling into the food. She thought it was funny.Several people are on their phones and handling utensils and pans without washing their hands or using gloves. Some of them think it's okay to put on gloves without washing their hands.Their hot plates are not up to proper temperature. I can put my hand flat on the surface without any discomfort.The fries are rarely seasoned. Just dumped from the fryer into the pans. The grill staff many times doesn't start to cook food until they are totally out and think it's funny we may have to wait up to 10 minutes to get any.The pizza is a nasty frozen crust with no taste and poorly topped.There is a kitchen supervisor running around without a beard net as required by the Health Department. They don't know the answers to simple questions or refuse to answer because they know it will make them look bad.Many times they are out of orange juice.Tables are rarely cleaned by the staff. The condiment area has large clumps of condiments under the spouts.Not a very welcoming environment. Rude staff and filthy dining room.Vegetarian options: Basically just a salad.Dietary restrictions: Very limited access to special dietary needs.Parking: Very poor access to campus parking.

Sometimes runs out of food and don't replenish quickly.Many people aren't wearing a hat or hairnet as required by health codes. One chubby guy doesn't wear a beard net as required by health codes. If you say anything about it their response is nasty. I saw a lot of cell phones and very little hand washing. Many people aren't wearing hats. They laughed when I tried to complain.Many times there isn't any orange juice.When you let them know that the restrooms are out of paper towels they tell you it's not their job.They don't care.Sometimes the music is way too loud. We are there to eat and study. Not hanging out at the bar.Reduce the ripoff prices for the one and two meal plans.Hire competent employees.Vegetarian options: Very limited.Parking: Campus parking. Almost non-existent depending on when you arrive.

Glad to find this gem on EMU's campus. Wish they had more of these types of eateries on campus.Dietary restrictions: The offer halal options.

Institutional dining. Staff was pretty friendly.
