The Crown - Tisch reservieren

The Entrance to this pub is down a short alleyway from Cornmarket St. Which opens out into a pleasant courtyard forming the outside dining space. There is a good choice of beers in this Nicholson's pub. A gastropub, with a emphasis on food. The bright red wheelie bins in the alleyway ruin the first impression, and are surely only located there for convenience, I remember when there was additional seating in this area that encouraged customers to venture down to the pub.

Really nice pub and nice staff! There is a very young waitress who works so hard, yet she smiles and ready to help, and the guys from the bar were also very helpful. I hate muddy peas with my fish and chips, but they had no problem changing it with garden peas and everyone was so friendly, open and warm. I enjoyed a delicious fish and chips with tea and my partner had Cheesy Nachos and a bear and mentioning the portions were great. Everything was great.

We only had 2 days in Oxford and stumbled in this beautiful place, just arrived from our home in California. Not too hungry, but needed some susceptibility and of course apple wine on tap. Excellent cedar, fabulous chips and the best garlic bread. When we had to eat next night, we made ourselves here. The chicken burger should die. Friendly people and beautiful mood too.

Beautiful warm and cozy pub and restaurant. The staff is very friendly and friendly. The food was delicious and a good size. Great for a beer and a beautiful yard seating area. Definitely one of the best pubs in Oxford. I would recommend booking a table, we simply went without booking, but it was only with luck we have a table and that was a Saturday.

Came here during a day trip to Oxford. Traditional little pub with amazing food and service. Would highly recommend.
