We wanted to try a local independent restaurant instead of one of the chains in Royal William Yard, however it probably wasn’t the right choice for us (couple with a young child). The service was good and attentive and we appreciated the good value children’s meal, however the ambience of the restaurant and price of the rest of the meal were disappointing. The 2 course meal pricing works if you are ordering expensive meat or fish, but for vegetarian options it is very overpriced. Equally, alcoholic drinks are not particularly expensive, but the soft drinks are ludicrously overpriced. Food was nice but would not return and as one patron already commented the lack of ventilation and poor soundtrack really impacted the atmosphere.

First time here today with friends. Had the trust the chef lunch menu. Loved the element of surprise trying things I would normally not choose. All the courses were delicious. Will be visiting again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
