from outside it looks like absolutely nothing. exfoliating red color, crispy midday specialties advertised. but forget the phenomena – this is the real thing and almost to real life Indian prices too! a whole banquet for --9.95, consisting of an appetizer, main, vegetable and rice or nanan. here the size in no way will compensate for the quantity. almost daylight robbery. my moral compass has even clicked to pay the tiny, tiny scare at the end. everything I ate was delicious, everything special and I was ashamed that this was to my complete shock. excellent rita – again I am an alptraum above rita – excellent mango...read more
Bit noisy at Sunday lunch with an extended family with kids. But service was excellent. Lamb was a beautiful pink, massive Yorkshire pud, delish gravy, but all went cold a bit fast. Don't think plates were pre-warmed. Roasties not the best. Veggies fantastic. Tea served was beautiful especially when double-bagged to enhance flavour, but ridiculous albeit stylish cups like ex Naafi where you couldn't hold them from the handle as was too hot and too small! Toilets were clean, great decor with pic of old Hampton Wick on ceiling. Would recommend.
