an absolutely first-class experience. my wife loves afternoon tea, and we had a series of them in the lake district including “The belsfield Hotel” and “The inn on the Lake” and I can confidently say that this was the best afternoon tea we had. the service was exceptional from the moment when we arrived and offered us ice and lemon water to explain and describe all the sandwich and cake ingredients that are made with a certain cake that purifies the palate. the food was a tasty bite. absolutely top notch. very friendly staff made us welcome and will return.................excellent
visited on opening night and was really amazed at the transformation. with its stunning environment, the restaurant has now been renovated to a challenging and beautiful venue. the quality of eating is exceptional and is really delicious. a visit worth for the afternoon or lunch. will come back for definitiw!
Wow!! We’ve just had lunch here today and it was an incredible experience! The food was out of this world, whilst dining in a relaxing atmosphere with our little girls. We’ll definitely be back and recommending to all of our friends.
a wonderful afternoon, I would personally say the best in england, also a friend ate from the lunch menu with this perfectly. standard 5* service and highly recommended with stunning environment.
