Food superb ! Position hidden in a quiet side street I had no idea this place was in the street next to my old workplace for months..what a shame I found it just prior to leaving Bowen Hills.What a gem..food was delicious and the mixed flavours on offer worked so well. Definitely recommend for breakfast or lunch if you are looking for something different..staff very helpful. Not sure if they open for dinner.Prices on the high side, but portions are large so it works.Coffee quite weak, so if you like your coffee strong..probably have a double of triple shot.Enjoy !
There's only one way of looking at the golden pig and that is favourably. Katrina runs an amazing show and is very well Organised and inclusive. The food was lovingly prepared with quality produce and this yielded a fantastic meal. The generosity of quality ingredients and top shelf vino wasn't lost on me. A beautiful venue complimented the whole Experience with an airy light filled and roomy space to work in. Simple put, if you're in Brisbane and looking for a VM cooking class you can't go past the golden pig. Tip top in every capacity.
The Golden Pig is fabulous. We heard about it in only a few months ago, and now that we've found the place, we have been back quite a few times for lunch. Last Friday evening we booked the venue for a staff function and it was everything we hoped for! Katrina and her team are very professional and not only offer fantastic food and service, but the general vibe is warm, friendly and inviting. We'll definitely be back and will recommend the 'hands on, hands off' cooking event to colleagues, friends and family. Well done team Golden Pig!
Went here with work colleagues and would definitely go back. We did the cooking class for our entrees which is lots of fun. There was about 30 of us so we split into 4 teams for the cook off. The food here is absolutely amazing and the cooking class made it so much fun. Staff are great too
