The Inn At Grace Winery

We had a reservation for inside because I was informed over the phone that the outside tables were on a first come first serve basis and that no reservations were accepted in advance. When we arrived, there were several tables available outside. I inquired about them and asked if we could push two together (there were of us). I was told that we could not and that they were reserved! Huh? I shared that I would have reserved them but was informed that I couldn't. She then said that they don't accept reservations for a large group outdoors (that's not what I was told). She said that we would need to eat inside as initially planned. We were fine with this because my mother's dog was with us and permitted to be inside. She then looked at my daughter and says, We don't allow children in the restaurant inside WHAT? NO ONE ever told us this when making the reservation and the bar area isn't in the dining room. So they weren't going to let us eat?? We were staying at the Inn. I was baffled! She continued by saying, We will allow it only this once and make an exception I have never been treated this rudely by anyone at an eating establishment before. On a positive note, our waitress was super friendly and lovely! The food was good. The menu is limited but we knew that .

Grace Winery is always amazing. Lovely setting, great wines. The BEST Chardonnay I have ever had! The B&B is very reasonable and absolutely beautiful. While or most recent visit was to the tasting room, we stayed at the Inn last summer. I can not say enough about this place.

Food and wine was great but after the waiter took our initial order, we didn't see him again until it came time to pay. Thank goodness the hostess took care of us in between. I hope she got her share of tips.

We made a reservation on Open Table, drove hours when arrived we learned we had no reservation. We learned the dining room was private party only. Very, very disappointing experience.

Such a nice vibe and setting! The servers are great and knowledgeable. We’ll be back!
